ACS trauma education courses focus on safety for the immediate management of injured patients. We teach how to assess a patient’s condition and arrange interhospital transfers. We have an introductory course for medical students. Plus we cover trauma in rural facilities, disaster management, endovascular skills, and more.

The ASSET course uses human cadavers to teach surgical exposure of anatomic structures that when injured may pose a threat to life or limb.
Offered in multiple countries, the ATLS course teaches a systematic, concise approach to the early care of the trauma patient.
ATOM increases surgical competence and confidence by teaching proper operative techniques for penetrating injuries to the chest and abdomen.
In the hands-on BEST course, participants learn endovascular techniques such as REBOA to temporize life-threatening hemorrhage.
Fundamentals in the Management of TBI course aims to educate trauma care providers about the key evidence-based recommendations of the TBI guidelines.
Trauma Evaluation and Management (TEAM) is an introductory course for medical students in the evaluation and management of trauma.
DMEP teaches planning methods, preparedness, and medical management of trauma patients in mass casualty disaster situations.
The Advanced Disaster Medical Response Course is an innovative, online course designed for all multidisciplinary disaster responders.
