Three more young people travel to Germany with the "Ausbildung" program – Telegrafi

Ymer Gashi (24), Riad Maloku (22) and Ekrem Gjonbalaj (20), are the next three young people who have traveled to Germany, in the “Wurm GmbH” enterprise, to continue their Education and Professional Training. These young people are the second contingent that traveled to Germany, selected after undergoing an interview and assessment, through the Vocational Training and Education (Ausbildung) program, which was carried out by the German Kosovar Chamber of Commerce.
A certain number of young people have also benefited from this project, who will also travel soon to certain German companies, to continue building their professional capacities.
Ekrem Gjonbalaj, at “Wurm GmbH”, will follow the program (education and practical work) in the mechanical direction of the Machinery, while Ymer Gashi and Riad Maloku, will continue the professional training in the direction of electronics.
The “Ausbildung” or Vocational Education and Training project, carried out by the German-Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and supported by the German organization “Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit” (GIZ), provides professional training and further qualifications within three years for the young people of Kosovo. During the stay in German companies with world renown, the young people of Kosovo have the opportunity to raise their qualities in certain fields to be certified afterwards, with internationally recognized certificates.
The three young people, before the trip, expressed themselves very satisfied with the opportunity given to them, stressing that they will use the opportunity offered to benefit from the maximum knowledge, to have a desired profession.
The German Kosovar Chamber of Commerce plans to carry out the “Ausbildung” project in the future as well, and similar projects, so that the young people of the country are offered opportunities for professional advancement in one of the world’s leading countries of ideas, education, science and economy such as Germany. /Telegraph/
